SHIPPING/COLLECTION

Your order is normally dispatched no later than 2-3 working days after we have received your order.

If you wish to collect your order yourself at our location in central Helsingør, this will also be possible within 2 working days. 

If there are challenges with delivering the ordered goods, you will be contacted immediately after we have received your order. 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

The order confirmation contains, among other things, your order number and the total price. You will receive an order confirmation by email.  

 

SHIPPING PRICES

All internet orders cost NOK 80 in delivery. Note: Free shipping with a minimum purchase of NOK 1,000

Goods are only sent in Denmark, except Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Extra surcharge for non-land-fixed addresses. 

 

THE PRICES IN THE SHOP

All prices are excl. 25% VAT in Danish kroner. The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Reservations are made for:

• Delivery failure

• Out of stock items and misprints

 

SALES GENERALLY

The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable ordering price. 

 

DELIVERY

Reservations are made for out-of-stock items and delayed delivery times at Simple Wines. 

 

COMPLAINTS & CANCELLATIONS

relating to. errors, omissions or if you simply wish to cancel or cancel an order that has already been placed, this should generally be done by sending an e-mail with the subject "Cancellation". The order time and order number should appear here.

Have you received an order confirmation per e-mail, this can be returned to the sender with the text "Cancellation" inserted in the subject text. Cancellation must be made on the same day as the order is made.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Beverages are not normally covered by the right of cancellation, but at Simple Wines we always offer that you can cancel your purchase within 14 days.
 
If you make use of the right of withdrawal, you must pay any shipping costs associated with the return. Alternatively, you can deliver the product to Simple Wine's address in Helsingør. Your payment will be refunded when we have received the item back and checked that it has not been damaged along the way. We will refund your payment no later than 5 days after we have received the returned goods.

On our website, we accept most common payment cards, and you can also pay with MobilePay.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION 

In order for an order to be completed, you must provide your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. The information is used exclusively for fulfilling the order and, if you accept this, for sending offers and other marketing material. The information provided is transmitted and stored electronically at Simple Wines ApS. The storage takes place in an unencrypted form, but in a reassuring way.
